Affiliate disclosure

Some links on this site — for example to accommodation, tours, or gear — may be affiliate links. If you book or buy through such a link, we may earn a commission. This never costs you anything extra.

Editorial independence

Places are listed by editorial criteria — for wineries, the checkable facts shown under “Why it's here” on each page — and every listing was made before any commercial relationship existed. Commissions never influence whether a place is included, how it is described, or where it appears. If a partnership would require otherwise, we decline it.

Current status

Active affiliate links on this site: Yesim (eSIM data plans), linked from the “Before you go” section of the Alsace Wine Road page and from the tech section of the packing checklist. Every affiliate link is marked as sponsored, and each of those sections carries its own disclosure line.
